Damaged Material and Return Policy:

Defective Material:

At DigiFolders® we proudly stand behind our products.
If you find any of our materials to be defective within one (1) year from date of purchase, please call us for replacement or a credit.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that any of our materials will work in every and any situation. It is imperative that you test our products prior to proceeding into full production.

  • Replacement product will be shipped no later than the next business day after we receive your request.
  • We may ask you to return the defective materials at our expense.
  • Please call first before returning any materials.
  • Credit will be issued commensurate with the original method of payment once materials are received back at DigiFolders®.

Damaged Material:

  1. If carton appears damaged upon arrival PLEASE OPEN IMMEDIATELY and inspect the contents.
  2. If contents are damaged, PLEASE SAVE THE CARTON that shipment arrived in! The shipping company may want to examine it.
  3. Contact us immediately so we can take care of the immediate need you may have and let us know about the damage.
  4. Claims for damage must be made within one week of arrival.

Return Policy re: Non-damaged Material:

  1. You MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) PRIOR to returning any material or merchandise to us. Please call us at 201-652-7278 to get the RA Number. We will not issue any credits without an RA number.
  2. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original date order was received.
  3. You will be responsible for ALL shipping costs associated with the order.
  4. Only product in its ORIGINAL, UN-OPENED packaging can be returned. All returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 20%.
  5. Credit will be issued commensurate with the original method of payment once materials are received back at DigiFolders® in good condition, in the original, un-opened packaging. Please insure the return shipment as you will be responsible for the cost of any damaged or lost materials.

Refused Shipments:

  1. Shipments where delivery is refused will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% plus shipping costs.
